Fabric Farms Interiors is dedicated to providing you with excellent shipping and handling service. Due to the limitations of online order processing, we are not able to link individual orders to the exact cost of shipping and packaging. The various sizes and weights of fabrics and trims limit our ability to accurately calculate exact costs for each shipment. In order for you to know your shipping costs at the time of order we have generated the below matrix of shipping charges based on the number of items you ordered. Please note: large, heavy, and bulkier items may not fall within the parameters listed below (foam, batting, carboard panels, weight bars, etc.) Please call us if you have any questions.

The shipping chart above is based on 48 contiguous United States. Next day or second day air shipment can be arranged. Please call or email us for a price quote.

To save on shipping costs, if possible, we will fold fabric orders. Larger quantities of fabric may be rolled on a tube for shipment and shipped in a box.


Most items mail either first class or priority mail.

Some items MUST, per federal regulation, ship by ground transportation as opposed to by air. Items that we ship by ground include Camie 303 spray, dry cleaning fluid, and Fabric Protector. Please allow extra time for delivery of these items.

Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. We ship Monday through Friday using the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. Express carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box so please order with a full street address and telephone number in case they need to contact you.

If you place your order online, and your package is being delivered by the post office, you will receive two email notices with tracking information. One email will be from us letting you know that your package is ready to go out. If your package is being handled by the US Post Office, you will receive a second email on the day the package is picked up by the postal carrier. You can sign up through if you wish to receive detail tracking information on your package.


If you call us with your order, you will receive one email from the US Post Office with tracking information. You can sign up through if you wish to receive detail tracking information on your package.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the carrier leaves a damaged package or you find concealed damage please call or email us immediately.

If you live in Central Ohio or will be visiting the area, you can pick up your order at our store and pay no shipping charges. At checkout, enter coupon code CUSTOMER PICKUP (2 words) and no shipping charges will be added to your order. We will contact you via email or phone when you order is ready for pick-up (please allow 1-2 business days).


We can also ship to the US Virgin Islands, APO addresses and internationally. Please call or email us for more information or to calculate the shipping charge. We would need to know your country, address and zip code.


The declared value for all international packages will exactly match the invoice’s order total, not lower. International deliveries may take longer than 7 business days because of Customs Inspections, Taxes or Duties levied by the importing country, Government Requirements, or other world events outside of our control. Duties and taxes will be billed to you.

Note: International orders must be paid with a credit card. We do not accept paypal for international orders.
