What if I want to cancel all or part of my order before it has shipped?
Please call us immediately at 614-771-9900 to confirm that your order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. If it has not shipped, we will either cancel the order or adjust the order to your specifications.

What if I want to cancel all or part of my order after it has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, which is usually one to two business days after placing your order, it is not possible to change or cancel it. If you want to add items to your order, this will be considered a new order and it will be processed separately from your original order. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the new order.

Can I get a refund on the fabric I purchased if I don’t like it?
Fabric Farms Interiors sells first quality fabrics that have been hand inspected yard by yard. Because the fabric has been pre-inspected for flaws and the fact that exact yardage is custom cut for each individual order, we cannot accept returns unless the fabric is damaged during shipping.

We highly recommend you order a swatch before ordering yardage to check color, pattern, and texture of the fabric. Fabric swatches are only $2.00 each and shipping is free.

Can I get a refund on the fabric or trim because the color looked different on my computer screen?
Fabric Farms Interiors sells first quality fabrics that have been hand inspected yard by yard. Because the fabric has been pre-inspected for flaws and the fact that exact yardage is custom cut for each individual order, we cannot accept returns unless the fabric is damaged during shipping.

Can I get a refund if my order is damaged?
If your order is damaged during shipping, please email us a picture of the damage to shipping@fabricfarms.com. You will receive a replacement product if available. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued to you.

Can I get a refund for undamaged items?
Fabric Farms Interiors only accepts returns on damaged products or packaged items in their original packaging. All sales become final after 30 days from date of shipping. All returns (except damaged merchandise) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I get a refund for packaged items?
If for some reason, a packaged item is to be returned, prior approval must be obtained by calling 614-771-9900 or emailing shipping@fabricfarms.com. Return instructions will be given to you and there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover processing. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I get a refund on patterns or books?
All sales are final on books and patterns due to copyright laws.

Can I get a refund on drapery and upholstery supplies?
There are no refunds or returns on items that are ordered by the yard or inch unless they are damaged. We custom-cut items off larger bolts or spools to fill your order. The package sizes we offer online are not pre-packaged or standard sizes. They are only suggestions to make ordering online easier. Packaged items can be returned with prior approval.
