Our 100% cotton batting is 27 inches wide and priced by the yard. Roll pricing also available – there is approximately 10.5 yards per roll of cotton batting. It is approximately 1″; thick. Cotton batting is used to wrap foam and provide a smooth finish to seats and cushions. It is the same as polyester Dacron and provides the same purpose.
Some people like to use cotton batting over polyester batting in older and antique furniture. They say it ‘keeps the integrity of the piece’. Note: due to size (bulky) and weight of this product, our normal shipping chart does not apply. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
